Hotel/Business List Development Driver Instructions

The more passengers sign up – the bigger the network you are in and more passenger potential for you. At GetRide we work very hard to develop America’s Biggest Driver and Passenger Network. Help us help you by increasing awareness of GetRide and gathering business contact information. The more contacts you send our way the faster the growth of your passenger market potential! So how can you help? See below for instructions.

3 Tasks

1.                   Introduce the idea of GetRide to businesses by handing out flyers to hotel employees, such as bell boys, concierge, front desk, and general managers.

2.                   Gather contact information from businesses by locating and grabbing business cards from front desks, concierge, general managers, and bellboys.

3.                   Enter all Hotel/Business Leads in http://www.MyGetRide.com

 

Steps

1.                   Identify 5 local businesses to solicit

Businesses can include hotels, restaurants, agencies, tourist/travel businesses, entertainment businesses, bars, and so forth. Feel free to use your existing relationships. Compose an actionable list of about 5 businesses you plan to visit.

2.                   Go to these businesses

Dress professionally.

3.                   Introduce yourself to bellboy, concierge and front desk employees

Sometimes it is best to talk to each of these individually to increase impact.

4.                   Empathize with them

Tell them you understand their problem involved in individually calling taxi drivers and unreliable drivers. Then offer them the GetRide mobile application as a reliable and hassle-free alternative.

5.                   Hand them flyer

Tell them to check it out and hand them the supplied flyers.

6.                   Thank them for time and get contact information.

Politely say thank you and make sure to grab business card or contact information. If appropriate ask for contact information for the general manger.

Sales Pitches

Sales Script for Selling to Concierge:

“Hi, I am (insert employee name) from GetRide.  We understand many concierges are held responsible for unreliable cab service.  We are the nation’s largest network of cabs and limos and have developed an easy and reliable portal for you to book ASAP and future cars for your guests”

“Hi, I am (insert employee name) from GetRide.  We have a unique new product that allows you to easily book, confirm, and track any cab for your guests.  We built this specifically to eliminate you from being held responsible for unreliable cab service.  Book ASAP need or up to 6 months in advance!  Over 25,000 drivers nationwide

Sales Script for Selling to Secretary:

“Hi, I am (insert employee name) from GetRide.  We have a great hassle free portal so that allows you to easily book, confirm, and track a cab or limo for your boss.  Book ASAP need or up to 6 months in advance!  Over 25,000 drivers nationwide”

“Hi, I am (insert employee name) from GetRide.  Our reliable booking portal allows you to never worry about getting a car for your boss again.  We have over 25,000 drivers in our network and ensure each booking is confirmed while allowing you to track the car.  We even offer bookings up to 6 months in advance!”

Sales Script for Selling to Hostess:

“Hi, I am (insert employee name) from GetRide.  We built a portal on this tablet so that you can get any customer a reliable and safe cab home.  Easily book, confirm, and track the driver directly to your front door”

“Hi, I am (insert employee name) from GetRide.  Impress your customers by getting them a reliable and safe cab home through our tablet booking portal.  Easily book, confirm, and track the driver to your front door.  We offer ASAP and future acceptance for our bookings”
